Odoo Developer (Community Edition)

We are looking for skilled Odoo Developers to join our growing ERP and CRM platform team at LinkerBees.com. You’ll be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Odoo 18 Community modules to deliver enterprise-grade hospitality and business solutions across multiple client companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Odoo modules and features for hospitality, CRM, and ERP.
- Customize existing modules to match business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party services (e.g., Plaid, Stripe, PMS APIs).
- Work on AWS-hosted Odoo environments with Nginx and multi-database setup.
- Collaborate with the functional team to improve usability and performance.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Odoo development.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Odoo 16–18 Community Edition.
- Familiarity with OCA modules and Git version control.
- Strong understanding of multi-company and multi-website setups.
- Linux server management (Ubuntu preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hospitality or property management systems.
- Experience with Odoo.sh or AWS EC2 deployment.
- Familiarity with REST API and JSON-RPC integration.
